How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders to Metro Manila addresses will take 2-5  working days, while provincial addresses will take up to 7 working days.

Can I ship to an international address?

No, as of the moment we do not ship directly outside of the Philippines. 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments via online bank transfer (BDO) , GCash, and Paymaya are also accepted. Cash on Delivery is also accepted with an additional fee. 

How do I know if my order was processed?

A text message will be sent to the number you provided to confirm that your order has been processed. Similarly, an email will be sent to the email address you provided.



We at Iceberg Insulated, take pride in the quality and the workmanship that goes into our products. Your Iceberg Insulated bottle is warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 7 days from the original purchase date. 

To obtain the warranty service, kindly send to us your bottle with the receipt indicating the date of purchase, item purchased, and the retailer from which it was purchased. Your bottle will the be subjected for evaluation if it is eligible for the warranty service. 

Only manufacturing defects such as the absence of insulation, bottle perspiration, rusting and the like are covered by this warranty. Damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, and dents are not covered by this warranty.
